How can I return/exchange items?

We accept returns and exchanges if the item you receive is defective,
damaged, or incorrect. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their
original condition and packaging. For return or exchange, please contact us
within 7 days of delivery. 

To start a return or exchange request, please email us at returns@lelundijewelry.com.
If your return/exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping
label, as well as mailing instructions of package. Items sent back to us
without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and
let you know the result of your request. For approved return request, you’ll be
automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it could
take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund. For approved exchange request, we will ship a new item to you in 7
days.

If your return/exchange request was denied, you will have to pay the
shipping fee and we will send your item back to you. We will not send it back
to you before you finish shipping payment.

Lelundi holds the right to deny a return/exchange request if the returned
item does not meet our return policy requirements. For other questions, you

How can I cancel my order?

Please email us at info@lelundijewelry.com for requesting an order cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Processing will takes 1-2 business days and USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days.

For international orders, customs clearance is not included at checkout. You may have to pay the carrier duties and taxes when you receive the packages.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

It is vitally important for you to provide the correct name and address to ensure smooth delivery. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You also have the option to pay with Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to US and Canada. For US orders, USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. For Canada orders, standard international shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days.

What if my package was returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent out again.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and mark it ready-for-delivery.

How do I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an Text notification with details of the order. You can also track the shipment by clicking on "Track order" link on our website.
